When I joined the Pond Lehocky team in 2022, a primary strategic goal was to maximize the potential of our firm's partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles. In a city defined by its deep ties to the team, this required a comprehensive creative overhaul and a fresh strategy to promote our connection authentically and impactfully.
I took the lead in this transformation, designing and executing a comprehensive creative strategy that spanned multiple channels and platforms.
Dynamic Creative Direction & High-Impact Campaigns
Our approach involved making our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising as dynamic as the season itself. We established a process to update our billboards and bus shelter ads every season, ensuring our messaging was always current. Critically, we were poised to pivot instantly for major events, changing our OOH creative when the Eagles reached the playoffs and even the Super Bowl. To move with speed and accuracy, we worked directly with the Eagles organizationon taglines, ensuring rapid deployment and relevance.
Beyond OOH, this creative overhaul included developing new merchandise and overseeing annual social media campaigns.
To amplify our message and engagement, we secured collaborations with high-profile personalities, significantly elevating the campaign's reach and authenticity. We directly partnered with key figures, including Jason and Kylie Kelce, rising star Cooper Dejean, Eagles legends Seth Joyner and Freddie Mitchell, and special media personalities Walker Ward and Gillie Da Kid, on various events and campaigns throughout the years.
This successful, high-tempo initiative cemented the firm's brand visibility while strategically leveraging the intense passion of the Eagles market.
