Epson required a consistent, high-impact presence across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to drive awareness for new products and maintain engagement with both B2C and B2B audiences. The challenge was to translate a complex, technical brand into visually engaging, platform-native content that cut through digital noise while strictly adhering to established global brand standards.

Strategy: Cross-Functional Creative Alignment

My strategy centered on bridging the gap between Epson's core brand identity and the fast-paced, highly visual demands of social media. This involved establishing a seamless workflow and visual language that was:

  1. Platform Optimized: Design assets tailored to perform best within the specific aspect ratios and interaction models of each platform (e.g., vertical for Instagram Stories, link-friendly for LinkedIn).

  2. Narrative Focused: Ensure all visuals supported the copywriters' messaging, creating cohesive, powerful content packages.

Creative Execution

In collaboration with the Domus Inc. social media team and copywriters, I led the creative design and production of content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Content Design and Adaptation

I designed a comprehensive library of social graphics, including:

  • Static Posts & Carousels: Executing campaign concepts across multiple slides, maintaining visual hierarchy and brand consistency.

  • Ad Creative: Developing optimized graphics for paid media, A/B testing variations for maximum click-through rates and conversion.

Collaborative Workflow

A key function of my role was working hand-in-hand with the social media team to understand performance data and optimize creative assets for upcoming content calendars. I ensured all visuals amplified the messaging crafted by copywriters, delivering fully integrated social media packages.

Impact & Results

The resulting content provided Epson with a highly professional and consistent social media presence. By aligning design closely with the social media team's strategy, the brand experienced increased engagement rates and improved click-through performance on paid media, successfully translating technical product details into compelling, consumer-facing social narratives.
