Midway through the 2024 season, Pond Lehocky finalized a highly anticipated partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Given the deep Pittsburgh roots within the firm’s executive team, the mandate was clear: activate the deal with maximum impact and speed.

As Creative Director, I was tasked with delivering the entire launch campaign within a challenging three-week deadline. This required immediate, high-quality production to establish the firm's brand presence in a brand-new, passionate market.

Strategic, Data-Driven Creative Deployment

I successfully designed, produced, and deployed a comprehensive campaign to maximize the impact of the remaining season. My deliverables included:

  • Stadium Presence: Designing and installing high-visibility stadium graphics at Acrisure Stadium.

  • OOH Advertising: Creating impactful, branded billboards for immediate market penetration.

  • Engagement Assets: Producing rapid-turnaround merchandise and targeted social media content.

Crucially, I leveraged Geopath data for strategic Out-of-Home placement. This led to the highly impactful positioning of a billboard promoting our Union Labor ties directly in front of the iconic United Steelworkers Union Building, connecting the firm to the city's core identity.

To further strengthen our connection to the community and the team's legacy, we collaborated with Steelers legends, including Ben Roethlisberger and the popular Terrible Tailgate crew. This rapid, high-impact activation successfully cemented the firm’s presence in the Pittsburgh market under an extremely short deadline.

To strengthen our partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers, we teamed up with local tailgating icons at the Terrible Tailgate. I led the design of branded tabling materials and promotional merchandise, which was distributed to tailgaters, collaborators, and players to maximize visibility and engagement.

Mount Washington

In 2024, alongside the launch of our Pittsburgh Steelers partnership, we seized the opportunity to claim the largest static billboard in the U.S.—Mount Washington in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our name now proudly lights up this iconic landmark, marking the beginning of a bold new era and solidifying our deep-rooted connection to Pittsburgh.
